I said several months ago, "if someone who knows and understands the Constitution, and isn't just concerned about bringing home the bacon to Montana, would challenge Denny Rehberg, that person would have my support." So as of today you have my support, with reservation. I say, with reservation, because I really don't know you, but you have certainly made a good first impression. information to allow you to make an eager, passionate and informed choice when you vote.
The people who can and must return this country to its Constitutional foundation are those not ordinarily involved with politics. Ordinary folks like you and I who are disgusted with the “status quo”. Please check our website www.markformontana.com frequently and encourage your friends and family to do so. There you will be able to “meet” me and get to know me a bit better. You will find some writings, photos and videos there. The videos should help you see where we stand on the issues and and maybe even a bit of my passion for our country. After visiting the site, (don’t forget to bookmark it - we add to it often), please ask yourself, “Do Mark French’s values represent me and my neighbors?” You see, it’s not about me, it’s about us. My willingness to run for US Congress carries a price, and requires support. Your support will also have a price: You must help spread this message, Person by person. About the Constitution Party...
Hi Mark. My name is (Jane Doe) and I read your announcement in the Billings Gazette yesterday. I think its great that your running for congress. I think you might want to run as a Constitution party candidate, then you could make it past the primary, guaranteed. I think Rehberg is tough to beat, but there's a lot of folks who would vote for you if you were part of the Constitution party. The republicans don't necessarily have the same beliefs that we do. I appreciate your awareness and concern. This argument is
alive and kicking. I thought through this issue before
filing on the Republican ticket. The Republican platform is
good. On the contrary, Republican practices these days are
very sad!
The Constitution Party people that I know are not so
concerned about party. Many went to the Constitution Party
out of lack of identity with the Republican Party. Once
they see that I am a constitutionalist who aligns closely
to the actual Republican platform, in contrast to the
current Republican practices, most will support me on
"principle over party."
Since I align well with the platform, I can morally call myself a Republican. The adjective CONSTITUTIONAL, tells people that I am not the current typical Republican that they see today.
Yes, I know he is going to be tough to beat. I do believe
it can be done in the primary. I am committed to doing just
that.
Today is a new day. Never has it been possible for a
candidate to let people know who they are and see
mannerisms through video, for the cost of a website.
The big factor is you and all your friends. Now that you have decided to vote for me. I ask you to tell people who you trust, to consider voting for us. Please send them my attached press release so they can find my website.
(Jane), I won't go into detail, but if we narrowly loose the primary and our momentum is building at election time while his is dropping, indicating that a November vote would give us victory, then there is creative strategy available. I'll leave it at that. I ask you to vote for who you want to win. I believe you will see that I am the constitutional candidate as you get to know me. I need to make this point also. As you know there are many candidates that go into this position with great intentions. A person needs to have a healthy fear of God and he also needs to see freedom and liberty more important than his own life, in order to avoid corruption. I believe the republican candidate from Billings will not be a factor. I feel the candidate is liberal enough to steal votes from the Democratics. Bottom line. Strategy only goes so far before it turns to smelly pragmatism. I ask you to look God in the eye when you vote. Let Him work out the details. This allows us to do our best and then rest.
